Our design team works with you from the first idea to the finished piece — with exclusive sketches, a 3D model, and your approval at every step. We only move forward when you are completely satisfied.

How does it work?

1. Tell us your idea
Write to us with your inspiration — a description, a reference photo, a sketch, or simply an emotion you want to translate into a jewel. It doesn't have to be perfect. That's what we're here for.

2. First Zivaria sketches
Our design team studies your idea and creates the first exclusive sketches — interpreting your vision with the brand's aesthetic language. We refine until the design is exactly what you were looking for.

3. 3D Model
Once the sketch is approved, we develop a detailed 3D model of your piece. You will be able to see every angle, every detail, every stone — exactly as it will look before manufacturing. No surprises.

4. Your approval
We only proceed to manufacturing when you are completely satisfied with the design. Every detail counts. Every decision is yours.

5. Manufacturing and delivery
Once the design is confirmed, we manufacture your piece with the same Zivaria quality standards — GRA certified moissanite, 925 sterling silver, and high jewelry finishes. We send it to you with all the documentation and Zivaria packaging.

What pieces can I order?
Rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets — in moissanite, with the finish you prefer. White gold, 18k yellow gold, or rhodium. If you can imagine it, we can create it.

How much does a custom jewel cost?
Each piece has a personalized price based on the design, materials, and complexity. We send you a detailed, no-obligation quote before starting. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.

How long does it take?
The timeframe varies depending on the complexity of the design. We will inform you of the estimated time before confirming the project. In general, the entire process — from the first sketch to delivery — takes between 3 and 8 weeks.
