1. 2-Year Warranty – What does it cover?
Our warranty exclusively covers:
· Plating: 18k gold and white rhodium
· Structural repair: Soldering, clasps, prongs, and technical adjustments
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the usage conditions described in this policy are met.

2. What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover:
· Dents, deep scratches, or deformities
· Damage caused by chemical products (perfume, chlorine, alcohol, creams, cleaning products)
· Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by third parties
· Lost or misplaced parts
· Stones

3. Conditions of Use
To keep your warranty valid, we recommend:
· Avoiding contact with seawater, pool water, and chemical products
· Storing the piece separately, away from humidity
· Avoiding contact with perfumes, creams, and cosmetics
· Always putting on jewelry after applying any product
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the loss of the warranty.

4. How to activate the warranty?

After analysis, we will inform you of the next steps.

5. Analysis and Deadlines
· All pieces undergo a preliminary technical analysis
· The average analysis period is 7 business days after receipt
· The return period to the customer is 30 to 45 business days after analysis
· If the warranty claim is confirmed, the repair will be carried out free of charge
· ⚠️ Shipping: Shipping the piece to us is the customer's responsibility. Return shipping will be informed after analysis.

6. Final Considerations
