SHIPPING
Where do we ship?
We ship throughout the European Union. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm the details.
Delivery times
· Spain: 5 to 10 business days
· Portugal: 5 to 10 business days
· Rest of Europe: 7 to 15 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand or due to the shipping company.
Order tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can locate your package at all times.
What does my order include?
All Zivaria pieces are sent with their GRA certificate of authenticity and in protected packaging to ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.
Conditions for return
· The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all parts and complete packaging accessories.
· Must include the original GRA certificate
· Returns of personalized or modified items are not accepted
How to initiate a return?
1. Contact us by email at [email] within 14 days
2. Provide us with your order number and the reason for the return
3. We will send you instructions for shipping the item
4. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
5. Once the item has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or incorrect item
If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. In this case, Zivaria will cover all shipping costs and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
